Just got into Ubuntu 24.10 (non-LTS)

Upgrading from Ubuntu 24.04 LTS to Ubuntu 25.4

I just completed upgrading my Ubuntu machine from the stable 24.04 LTS release to the latest Ubuntu 25.4 version.

I updated using the commands below

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y
sudo do-release-upgrade

I really liked the new Digital Wellbeing

And also Ubuntu App canter was fast, My friend opened 7 Windows of Discord Updater Causing it to corrupt and reinstalling was fast
And...
Software updater took 4hr totel (2hr for 24.10 and another 2hr for 25.4)

BitLocker bricked my Windows installation

In June, I created a bootable USB for My old laptop to install ubuntu over Windows, It worked but on 15 June I accidently booted into ubuntu on my main laptop but I thought ok, restart but after boot into Windows, I got met with this screen in the image Credit And yes, I didn't know them I checked everywhere but it's setup was already ✅ done, so the manufacturer knew the key but thought it is Garbage , but it's not, so I ended up reinstalling Windows and QUICKLY DISABLE BITLOCKER even tho the key was in my Microsoft account So it's like putting water all over on your 3 years of Hardwork
